BMair Asyst Uni 112

The patented breathing air assistant system BMAir Asyst Uni 112 allows you to continue working under safe conditions during extreme peak loads in the concentration of gases and vapours.

In case of extreme peak loads in the concentration of gases and vapours or a temporary lack of oxygen in the surrounding air, the patented breathing air assistant system BMAir ASYST allows you to continue working under safe conditions. The system is equipped with a modified protective ventilation system, a compressed air cylinder, various sensors, a touchscreen and a green warning light.

While the protective ventilation system operates as intended, there may be occasional instances of peak toxic fume levels breaching the cabin or insufficient oxygen levels. It's crucial to emphasize that these are extreme conditions. In such rare cases, the Asyst system will engage automatically, supplying clean air to the cabin from air cylinders. This guarantees the operator's safety during work and facilitates a secure exit from the highly polluted area.

Monitoring

Monitoring safety is the most important factor in those heavy environment. The values detected by the various sensors are processed by the PLC controller allowing the system to automatically switch between the protective ventilation system and the compressed air cylinder. This increases the lifespan to a maximum because in less polluted conditions, the pressurised filter system reduces the use of compressed air.

A special air compressor fills the compressed air cylinder to maximum 15,000 Bar litre. If several cylinders are used per machine, we recommend using a compressed air buffer that allows the cylinders on the machine to fill up quickly.

In conclusion

Even when there seems to be no way out, the BMair Asyst Uni 112 provides the safety the operator needs. With its patented automatic switching system between the filter overpressure system and the compressed air, the driver does not need to doubt his safety.
