After the successful introduction of the BMair Protector last year, our R&D department has been hard at work refining and expanding our technology. Today, we are proud to launch our first expansion module: the Plus X!
BMair Protector remains the foundation
The BMair Protector is the base unit, designed for HEPA dust filtration. The Protector can be used as a stand-alone system for machines operating solely in (extremely) dusty conditions. Over the past few months, the Protector has proven to be a powerful system that, compared to other solutions, performs exceptionally well even in the most extreme dust conditions.
The Protector Plus X is available as a complete package. However, for those who already own a BMair Protector, the modular Plus X expansion is also available. The system is easy to connect and can be easily disassembled if only dust filtration is needed. The BMair Protector Plus X will directly replace the F33R and MAO-6HC roof units. If these have already been ordered, they will be delivered as agreed.
Plus X – the first modular expansion with a limited height
From now, the Protector Plus X will be available as a roof-mounted solution for machines operating in contaminated environments where an activated carbon filter is required. As mentioned, the Protector provides the foundation with outstanding dust filtration. From there, the air is directed through the 11 kg carbon filter. Ensuring that the air is delivered to the cabin completely free of dust and gases.
BMair Connect
The BMair Protector Plus X comes standard with a completely redesigned controller: the BMair Connect. The controller does exactly what it should do; automatic system control and warnings in case of potential danger. But there are more benefits. As the name suggests, the user stays connected with the associated portal. Here, data such as pressure and motor performance can be monitored. Need an inspection or filter replacement? These can also be easily organized through the portal.
When purchasing a BMair Protector Plus X, the customer receives free access to the online platform.
