Earlier this year, BMair and Freshfilter merged, during which we promised to combine our strengths. Since December, we have launched the 'Modular Protective Ventilation' project, whose main feature is that customers can customize their own system. For example, if only dust needs to be filtered, such as in mining and demolition, a basic unit will suffice. When gas filtration is also required, such as in the recycling industry, the system can easily be expanded with a horizontal or vertical carbon filter module. All of this, of course, in compliance with emerging European regulations.

BMair Protector as the foundation
The BMair Protector is the base unit, designed for HEPA dust filtration. Thanks to RFID technology, filters are immediately recognized and registered on the controller without any human intervention. Additionally, an alert will be provided in a timely manner when the filter is nearing the time for replacement. The BMair Protector is suitable for machines operating in locations with (extreme) dust conditions.
The development of this system was entirely focused on the latest technologies and the growing demand for compact solutions. As a result, a custom-made fan was specially designed for this system, carefully tested and optimized to achieve the perfect balance between airflow, pressure, and motor performance. This results in superior and consistent pressure and airflow.
Thanks to this unique feature, the base unit is exceptionally compact, weighing only 8 kg without compromising performance. The BMair Protector can be mounted both horizontally and vertically using the included mounting set.The BMair Protector does not accommodate activated carbon filters. The advantage for locations where this is not necessary is that there is no empty space for an activated carbon filter.
BMair Connect
The BMair Protector comes standard with a completely redesigned controller: the BMair Connect. The controller does exactly what it should do; automatic system control and warnings in case of potential danger. But there are more benefits. As the name suggests, the user stays connected with the associated portal. Here, data such as pressure and motor performance can be monitored. Need an inspection or filter replacement? These can also be easily organized through the portal.
